Kim is an accomplished design director with over 24 years of extensive global experience in the realms of sportswear and fashion, with a particular focus on the China-APAC region for more than 2 decades. Throughout her career, she has provided exceptional leadership, a compelling brand vision, and strategic solutions in design for a wide range of products, including sportswear, apparel, and eyewear.
Having worked for major industry giants like Nike, Adidas, and Anta and global fashion and trading companies, she possesses a deep understanding of product creation and development processes and the various factors that influence consumer behaviour as well as youth culture.
Kim skillfully combines innovative conceptual design with valuable cultural insights, consistently achieving profitable results for brands across diverse markets.
